Important Notice

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and goob11 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the goob11 website and all associated services. goob11 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. It is the Player's responsibility to review the current version regularly.

Fair & Transparent

goob11 is committed to operating a fair platform. All rules governing payouts, void markets and dispute resolution are documented clearly in these Terms and applied consistently to every account.

18+ Strictly Enforced

Access to goob11 is restricted to players who are 18 years of age or older. Age verification documentation may be requested at any point. Accounts found to be operated by minors will be closed immediately.

Account Ownership

Each player may hold only one goob11 account. Accounts are non-transferable and must not be used by any person other than the registered account holder. Sharing login credentials is a breach of these Terms.

BDT Transactions

All deposits and withdrawals on goob11 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. No currency conversion fees are applied by the platform on standard transactions.

Governing Rules

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete agreement between the Player and goob11. In the event of a conflict, these Terms take precedence.

Section 1

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

Term	Meaning
Platform	The goob11 website accessible at goob11.net, including all subpages, services, games, sportsbook markets and casino products made available therein.
Player / You	Any natural person who has registered an account on the goob11 Platform and uses any of its services.
Account	The personal, non-transferable user account created by a Player upon successful registration on goob11.
Wallet / Balance	The in-platform BDT balance held within a Player's goob11 Account, reflecting confirmed deposits minus withdrawals and settled wagers.
Bonus Funds	Promotional credits added to a Player's Account subject to separate bonus terms and wagering requirements. Bonus Funds are distinct from real-money balance until wagering conditions are satisfied.
Wager / Bet	Any staking of real-money or bonus funds on a sportsbook market, casino game, crash game or any other wagering product offered by goob11.
Void Market	A sportsbook market that is cancelled or declared invalid by goob11's trading team, resulting in the return of all stakes to participating Players at the original odds of 1.0.
KYC	Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process by which goob11 confirms that a Player is who they claim to be and is eligible to use the Platform.
Responsible Gaming Tools	The suite of player-protection features available within Account Settings, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion.

Any term not defined in this section carries its ordinary English meaning unless a specific meaning is assigned elsewhere in these Terms.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

18+ Only — Zero Tolerance for Underage Play

goob11 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Players must be 18 years of age or older to register an account or place any wager. This requirement is non-negotiable and is enforced at all stages of the account lifecycle.

To be eligible to register and use the goob11 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the service:

You are at least 18 years of age. For players located in jurisdictions where the minimum legal gambling age exceeds 18, the higher local age limit applies.
You are accessing the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only and are not acting on behalf of any third party.
You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you in your country or region of residence.
You are not a current employee, contractor, director or officer of goob11, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
You do not have an active self-exclusion arrangement in place with goob11 or any affiliated platform.
You have not previously had a goob11 Account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

Age Verification Process

goob11 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documentation from any Player at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing any withdrawal, or where the Platform's risk systems flag an account for review. Acceptable identification documents include a valid National ID Card, passport, birth certificate or driving licence issued by a recognised authority.

Where a Player is unable or unwilling to provide satisfactory age verification documents within the timeframe requested, goob11 will suspend access to the Account and may withhold any balance pending investigation. Accounts confirmed to belong to players under 18 years of age will be permanently closed and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source after deducting any bonus funds applied to the account.

Geographic Eligibility

The goob11 Platform is designed and operated for players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from other jurisdictions do so entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the service is lawful in their location. goob11 makes no representations that the Platform is appropriate or legally available for use in any jurisdiction other than Bangladesh.

Section 3

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of goob11 services, a Player must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. By submitting a registration application, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete and current at the time of submission.

One Account Per Player

goob11 enforces a strict single account policy. Each player may maintain only one registered Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate, secondary or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods or device identifiers — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts. Any real-money balance on duplicate accounts may be forfeited. Any winnings generated through a duplicate account are void.

Account Security Obligations

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your goob11 login credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact goob11 support immediately via live chat. goob11 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access that results from a Player's failure to safeguard their credentials.

Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
Enable two-factor authentication where available in your Account Security settings.
Never access your goob11 Account over unsecured or public Wi-Fi networks without a trusted VPN.
Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
Report any suspicious activity to goob11 support without delay.

Accurate Information

Players must provide accurate personal information during registration and keep this information current throughout their use of the Platform. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad or Rocket account. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Account Updates

If your personal information changes — including your registered mobile number or email address — you must update your Account details promptly via Account Settings or by contacting goob11 support. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may delay the processing of withdrawals or the delivery of important account notifications.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the goob11 Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). goob11 does not charge currency conversion fees on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions. Players are responsible for any fees levied by their own mobile wallet provider or bank.

Accepted Payment Methods

goob11 currently accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change. Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment method they use is registered in their own name and matches the personal details on their goob11 Account.

Deposit Policy

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed within the Cashier section of your Account.
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad and Rocket are typically credited to your goob11 Wallet within minutes of a confirmed mobile wallet transaction.
goob11 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name.
goob11 reserves the right to refuse a deposit or request additional verification for any transaction that triggers the Platform's risk or fraud controls.

Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day apply and are displayed within the Cashier section.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. goob11 reserves the right to process withdrawals to an alternative verified payment method registered to the Player's account.
Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing. Players who have not completed KYC verification may experience delays of up to 72 hours while documentation is reviewed.
goob11 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Actual credit times depend on the mobile wallet provider and may vary.
Bonus funds that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

Transaction Disputes

If a Player believes a deposit has not been credited correctly or a withdrawal has not been received within the expected timeframe, they must contact goob11 support via live chat and provide the relevant transaction reference number. goob11 will investigate all payment disputes within a reasonable timeframe and provide a written response via the Player's registered email address.

Section 5

Betting Rules & Void Markets

The goob11 sportsbook covers cricket, football, baseball and a range of other sports and events. By placing any wager on the Platform, you agree to the betting rules set out in this section and any sport-specific rules published within the relevant market on the Platform.

General Betting Rules

All bets are final once confirmed. goob11 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the Platform, except where a market is subsequently declared void.
goob11 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any market, at any time, including for individual Player accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.
Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change up until the moment a bet is accepted. The odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the time your stake is accepted — not the odds displayed when you first opened the bet slip.
In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to a brief delay for odds verification. goob11 reserves the right to reject any in-play bet where the result of the relevant event is already known or strongly implied by available data at the time of acceptance.
Accumulator bets are settled according to the combined odds of all individual selections. If any selection within an accumulator is declared void, the accumulator is recalculated excluding that leg at odds of 1.0.

Void Markets

A market may be declared void by goob11 in circumstances including but not limited to: the cancellation or abandonment of the relevant event, failure to reach the minimum number of overs in a cricket match, the disqualification or withdrawal of a participant before the event commences, or where goob11's trading team identifies a material error in the published odds. Where a market is voided, all stakes are returned to the relevant Players' Wallets at odds of 1.0.

Errors & Palpable Mistakes

goob11 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error or that are clearly inconsistent with true market prices at the time of acceptance — commonly referred to as a "palpable mistake". In such cases, goob11 will notify affected Players and return all stakes. Any winnings generated from a palpable mistake market are void. goob11's decision on what constitutes a palpable mistake is final.

Responsible Betting

goob11 strongly encourages all players to bet responsibly. Set a budget before placing any wager, never bet more than you can afford to lose, and make use of the deposit limit and session time tools available in your Account Settings. If you feel your betting is becoming a problem, contact our support team or visit the Responsible Gaming page immediately.

Section 6

Bonuses & Promotions

goob11 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page within the Platform. The general bonus policy set out below applies to all goob11 promotions unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by goob11 are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. Until the wagering requirement is satisfied in full, bonus funds are not withdrawable. Real-money balance is used before bonus balance on all wagers unless the Platform indicates otherwise.

Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible Players who have completed registration and, where required, KYC verification.
Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the specific promotion terms state that it is a recurring or reloadable offer.
goob11 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to cancel bonus funds from a Player's Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe the offer has been claimed fraudulently, through collusion, or in breach of these Terms.
Bonuses may not be combined unless the relevant promotion terms expressly permit combination.

Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's Wallet. goob11 is not obligated to notify Players before bonus funds expire. It is the Player's responsibility to monitor bonus expiry dates within the Promotions section of their Account.

Seasonal & Promotional Campaigns

goob11 runs seasonal promotional campaigns timed around major events in the Bangladeshi sporting and cultural calendar, including BPL cricket season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid celebrations, Pohela Boishakh and Victory Day. These campaigns offer enhanced odds, free bets and reload bonuses for active Players. All seasonal promotions are subject to these general bonus terms and any specific terms published with the campaign.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

Breach of This Section May Result in Permanent Account Closure

Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in this section will have their Account suspended pending investigation and may have their Account permanently closed with any balance forfeited. goob11 may also report serious cases to relevant authorities.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the goob11 Platform. Players must not, under any circumstances:

Operate multiple accounts — Create, operate or use more than one goob11 Account, regardless of the name, email address, mobile number or payment method used.
Engage in match-fixing or insider betting — Place wagers using information that is not publicly available or that was obtained through an illegal or unethical means, including information derived from any match-fixing, spot-fixing or corrupt activity.
Exploit software vulnerabilities — Attempt to identify or exploit bugs, glitches or technical errors in the goob11 Platform software for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through a software exploit are void and subject to immediate reversal.
Use automated betting tools — Access the Platform or place wagers using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software that mimics human player behaviour without goob11's express written consent.
Abuse bonuses — Claim promotions through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, false identities, or coordinated group play designed to generate guaranteed profit from bonus structures (commonly known as "bonus abuse" or "bonus hunting").
Engage in money laundering — Use the goob11 Platform to deposit, move or withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine recreational gambling. Any suspicion of money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities and the Player's Account will be suspended immediately.
Provide false identity information — Register or maintain an Account using a false name, date of birth, address or any other inaccurate personal information.
Act on behalf of a third party — Place wagers on behalf of another person, including acting as an agent or proxy for a third-party Player.
Threaten or harass support staff — Direct abusive, threatening or discriminatory language at any goob11 employee or support representative via any communication channel.

goob11's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final. Where an investigation is ongoing, goob11 may freeze the relevant Account and withhold any balance pending the conclusion of the investigation. Players under investigation have no right to access or withdraw their balance during the investigation period.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

Either the Player or goob11 may initiate the closure of a goob11 Account at any time, subject to the conditions set out below.

Closure Requested by the Player

A Player wishing to close their goob11 Account voluntarily may do so by contacting support via live chat inside the Platform. Before closure is confirmed, goob11 will:

Verify the identity of the requesting party.
Confirm that no outstanding wagers are pending settlement.
Process any withdrawable real-money balance to the Player's verified payment method.
Cancel any unused bonus funds, which are not eligible for withdrawal.

Players requesting closure for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — should specifically inform support of this reason so that appropriate protections can be applied, including the suppression of all marketing communications immediately.

Closure or Suspension by goob11

goob11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe.
Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, prohibited conduct or underage gambling.
Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction instruction from a payment provider.
A legal or regulatory obligation requiring goob11 to restrict access to the Account.

Where an Account is suspended for investigation, the Player will be notified by email to their registered address. Where an Account is permanently closed for breach of Terms, any real-money balance may be withheld pending the outcome of the investigation. Bonus funds will be forfeited in all cases of closure for breach.

Right of Appeal

A Player whose Account has been suspended or closed by goob11 may submit a written appeal by contacting support at [email protected]. Appeals must be submitted within 30 days of the notification of suspension or closure. goob11 will respond to appeals within a reasonable timeframe. The decision following an appeal is final.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which goob11 operates. In the event of any dispute between a Player and goob11 that cannot be resolved through the standard support and appeals process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy. goob11's liability to any Player is limited to the real-money balance held in that Player's Account at the time the dispute arises. goob11 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or speculative losses.

goob11 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms take effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the goob11 Platform following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page regularly to remain informed of the current version.
